OPENING SESSION FOR PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAM OF EXTERNAL QUALITY ASSESSMENT IN LABORATORY MEDICINE IN 2021
Dear members of CSMBLM,
We inform you that the application for a national program of external quality assessment in 2020 (three exercises) is open from 2nd December 2020 until 18th December 2020.
Payment for all three exercises in 2021 should be made till 2nd February 2021.

Access inlab2*QALM program is possible after entering a user name and password that you used before.
Overview of modules and tests by exercises and prices are available on the website of CROQALM in the "Modules and tests" (link http://croqalm.hdmblm.hr/index.php/hr/moduli-pretrage).
Module tests have been some changed in compared to the previous year, please check this.
Your application for a particular module will follow the calendar of events during 2020, according to the planned schedule (March, June, September) which you can view or retrieve in the "Calendar of events" (link http://croqalm.hdmblm.hr/index.php/hr/dinamika-ciklusa).
Change basic information about the lab, leader or person to contact can be done directly through the network system, as instructed, and the changes are responsible themselves.
Please respect the timelines and following instructions:
Registration of modules and tests and the design offers through the network system users need to do it yourself (offers are formed automatically according to the instructions and commands)
Preform Invoice: You will receive Preform Invoice by e-mail, 2-3 days after sending the Order form
Payment of the preform Invoice should be made until 2nd February 2021.
Late entries and payments will not be possible.
We kindly ask all users to double-check your username and password if you need to change them. It is also very important to check all the time / module in which you participate in order to avoid subsequent complications.
